Refund & Returns Policy
At Lureza, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all tags/labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order number)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Opened skincare, beauty, or personal care products
- Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)
- Gift cards or downloadable products
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
- If you need to exchange your product, please contact us at lureza.pk@gmail.com within the return window.
5. Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
