1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition you received it
    • In its original packaging, with all tags/labels attached
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order number)

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened skincare, beauty, or personal care products
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

 

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.

 

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
  • If you need to exchange your product, please contact us at lureza.pk@gmail.com within the return window.

 

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
